If you've actually driven a manual tranny, it's actually quite easy to mis-shift from 2nd to 5th.

Uuuum, I've actually never driven an automatic. And 2nd to 3rd is the easiest shift you can do, you just push straight forward with your palm. Try it! Manuals require finnesse, not brute force.

The driver of this 135i is a bad driver. But you need to start out somewhere i guess. Using a manual transmission especially in a bmw is one of the most easiest thing due to their well known "M" short shifter. Try driving my 1972 Volvo P1800 sports car and die trying.
